TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 373 OF 2023 By Alexander Gichenje Ndirangu, of P.O. Box 702, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Ndirangu Gichenje, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2024 By (1) Susan Wanjiru Chege and (2) Lucy Njeri Chege, both of P.O. Box 742, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Chege Kimani, late of Gatero Location, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 18th August, 2016. CAUSE NO. 53 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Mwai Maina and (2) Shifila Wangui Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 192, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Maina Karuri alias Karori Wilson Maina, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 26th August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
