TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2024 By (1) Douglas Ngigi Kangethe, (2) Esther Njeri Kamau and (3) Peter Kariuki Ngigi, all of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fresiah Nyawira Kangethe alias Felicia Nyawira Kangethe alias Flecia Nyawira Kangethe, who died on 11th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
