Box 601–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Mendza Kibuthu Kubai, who died at Kiambu, on 6th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E493 OF 2023 By Susan Gathoni Kagutha, of P.O. Box 226–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kagutha Mwangi, who died at Ngegu, Kiambu, on 7th December, 2017. 25th March, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
