TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1)Chrispinus Wamalwa Maina and (2) Joseph Wekesa Maina, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Maina Machi, who died at South Kanduyi, on 9th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Edwick Juma Biketi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ainea Wanyonyi Mutuka alias Aineah Wanyonyi Mutuka, who died at Alupe Sub-location, on 9th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
