TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E255 OF 2023 By Magdalina Awino Imbo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Oguya Oningu, who died at Buoye Sub-location, on 27th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By Samson Juma, of P.O. Box 6283–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patroba Otieno Omondi, who died on 16th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
