TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By (1) Samuel Ndungu Gichuru and (2) Nancy Wanjiru Gichuru, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, through Messrs. G. N. Gitau & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hanah Wambui Karungu, who died at Melchizedek, on 17th August, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
