TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Mejooli Kurrarru, (2) Joyce Naisianoi Sanaet and (3) Paul Memusi Kurraru, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Sanayei Kurrarru alias Gideon Sanaet Kurraru alias Gideon Sanayet ole Kurrarru, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2004. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By (1) Drucilla Kerubo Singombe and (2) Brian Allan Singombe Orwenyo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Manyinsa Orwenyo, who died on 10th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
