TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Florence Chepkorir Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 192–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kimutai Cheruiyot, who died at Kiminini Cottage Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Shammy Lamwenya Moses and (2) Rashid Mulusa, both of P.O. Box 1397–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezileh Mmbone Agesa, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 30th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
