Box 722– 00610, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Maxed Muktar, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Maxed Muktar, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mohamed Muktar Ali, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mohamed Muktar Ali only.
