Box 256– 30600, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benson Plangat Kapelpus, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benson Plangat Kapelpus, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Benson Plangat Samutei, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Benson Plangat Samutei only.
