NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th June, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 712, in Volume D1, Folio 32/269, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Grace Wanja Mutua, of P.O. Box 1907– 20117, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Wanja Waiganjo, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Grace Wanja Waiganjo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Grace Wanja Mutua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Grace Wanja Mutua only.
