NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 4th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 397, in Volume D1, Folio 25/210, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Osbert Kihanya Wairegi, of P.O. Box 9237– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Osbert Dedan Kihanya, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Osbert Dedan Kihanya, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Osbert Kihanya Wairegi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Osbert Kihanya Wairegi only.
