NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 734, in Volume D1, Folio 32/266, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Daniel Ombogo, of P.O. Box 79792–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel Momanyi, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel Momanyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Daniel Ombogo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Daniel Ombogo only.
