REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles registration Nos. KDG 828D, Probox Succeed and KAN 181J; Pick Up, which are lying at Charliekwik Autogarage, Two Rivers Bypass, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehicles are not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof. Dated the 13th February, 2024.
