APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to sections 2, 26 and 27 of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Misc. Application No. E106 of 2023, appointed (1) Elizabeth Wangui Goro and (2) Grace Mugure Mbugua, as manager and legal guardian, respectively, of the estate and all affairs of Peninah Njeri Mbugua (Mrs). The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Kenya Gazette.
