MOMBASA–NAIROBI STANDARD GAUGE RAILWAY PROJECT CORRIGENDUM AND INQUIRY IN PURSUANCE of sections 112 and 162 (2) of the Land Act, 2012 Part VIII and further to Gazette Notices Nos. 6205 and 7090 of 2014, 1180 of 2015, 2816 of 2016 and 11576 of 2017, 15675 of 2023 and 795 of 2024, the National Land Commission on behalf of Kenya Railways Corporation Authority (KRC) gives notice that the National Government intends to correct the areas of the parcels of land listed below and further inquiries to hearing of claims to compensation for interested parties in the land required for construction of Mombasa –Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway Project shall be held on the date and place shown below: Corrigendum Parcel No. Registered owner (s) Area Acq.
