REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Silas N. Amwaria alias Kamwaria Njeru Silas (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kyeni/Kigumo/5349, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. 28 of 2009, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) Evangeline Weveti Waweru and (2) Patrick Mugendi Njeru Kamwaria, as the administrators to the estate of Silas N. Kamwaria alias Kamwaria Njiru Silas and whereas the green card cannot be found at the lands registry, and all efforts made to recover the green card in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue the said green card and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and register the title deed to (1) Evangeline Weveti Waweru and (2) Patrick 604 604 Mugendi Njeru Kamwaria as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
