REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kamau Kiruga alias Kamau Kiragu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.6 acres or thereabout, known as Loc. 8/Ngerere Thombotho/54, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. E532 of 2022, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Stephen Maina Kamau (ID/5937722), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to Stephen Maina Kamau (ID/5937722), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kamau Kiruga alias Kamau Kiragu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
