GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2051

WHEREAS William Muriithi Kimaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ruguru/Kiamariga/685, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the 23rd February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E81 of 2022, has issued letters of administration to (1) Margaret Muchiru Muriithi and (2) Simon Wachira Muriithi as the administrators and the beneficiaries are Diocese of Nyeri Trustees (Registered), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of (1) Margaret Muchiru Muriithi and (2) Simon Wachira Muriithi as the administrators and the beneficiaries are Diocese of Nyeri Trustees (Registered), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said William Muriithi Kimaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
