REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwangi Kigotho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.67 hectares or thereabout, known as Othaya/Kiahagu/1026, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Bungoma in Succession Cause No. 95 of 2023, has issued letters of administration to Samuel Kigotho Mwangi, as administrator and beneficiary, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Mwangi Kigotho (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 39 and R.L. 42 in favour of the said and issue land title deed to the said Samuel Kigotho Mwangi, as administrator and beneficiary, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwangi Kigotho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
