THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ngengi Muigai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 18.7 acres or thereabout, known as Ngenda/Kimunyu/985, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 523 of 1996, has issued a grant and confirmation letters to (1) Ngengi Muigai and (2) Josphat Mathia Muigai (ID/1169443), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to (1) Ngengi Muigai and (2) Josphat Mathia Muigai (ID/1169443), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Ngengi Muigai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
