REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joshua Warui Mwangi (ID/0525486), of P.O. Box 759–01001, Kalimoni in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Ruiru, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Block 2/2208, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register and the said missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
