REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Julius Kamau Kimani (ID/30210140), of P.O. Box 356–00217, Limuru in Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute 600 600 ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Muguga/Jetscheme/1151, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another land register and the said missing land register shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
