REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tobias Okoth Ondiek, of P.O. Box 30257, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Mazeras Town in the Kilifi District, registered C.R. 73768, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period, under the provision of section 33 (3).
