REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Anwar Harilal Nandha, of P.O. Box 82119–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in 590 590 freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.029 acres or thereabout, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XL/28, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period, under the provision of section 33 (3).
