REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ludia w/o George Oketch, of P.O. Box 42475–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 65.10 acres or thereabout, known as Portion No. 59-Malindi, situate in the Malindi Town in Kilifi District, registered as Portion No. 59, LT. 29, Folio 134/8, File 3581, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional certificate of indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period, under the provision of section 33 (3).
