REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nicola Jane Wright (deceased), of P.O. Box 5842– 80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in a fee simple interest of all that piece of land containing 0.5512 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion 3172, Malindi, situate in the Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of an indenture made on 1st September, 1989, registered as LT. 21, Folio 686/1, File 4982, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of the original indenture provided that no objection has been received within that period, under the provision of section 33 (3).
