TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2023 By (1) Nowa Oyugi Orego and (2) Benter Ajigo Orego, both of P.O. Box 1220, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Orego Ojany alias Mathayo Orego Ojany, who died on 2nd June, 1986. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2024 By Mary Adhiambo Akama alias Mary Sigu, of P.O. Box 21– 40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Sigu Oriedo alias Sigu Oriedo, who died on 26th June, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
