E39 OF 2024 By Sellina Auma Nyanya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael T. Nyanya, who died on 12th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By Benard Odhiambo Juma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vitalis Juma Ogiro, who died on 18th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By (1) John Otieno Oloo and (2) Brian Oduor Oloo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Oloo Radido, who died on 10th April, 1989.
