TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th March, 2024 CAUSE NO. 172 OF 2023 By Henry Lusigi Guda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harun Guda Lubazwa alias Harun Guda Luvatswa, who died at Chamakanga Sub-location, on 27th June, 1982. CAUSE NO. 176 OF 2023 By Mary Migare Ndeva, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriam Asige Madinyu, who died at Jepkoyai Sub-location, on 8th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
