TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2023 By (1) Jeremiah Owacho Omuka and (2) Odaba Omukhulu Omuka, both of P.O. Box 117, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omuka Aruse Ogutu alias Omuka Aluse, who died on 1st December, 1988. CAUSE NO. 92 OF 2023 By Mary Ingolo Anyanga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timotheo Ingolo Nzoya, who died at Emmukola Sub-location, on 8th November, 2007. CAUSE NO. E295 OF 2023 By Florence Vuguza Ayiro, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esinas Asigo Ayiro, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on 15th December, 2021. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Ayiego, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harman Ayiego Asumo, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 20th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
