TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2023 By Njogu Njoka, of P.O. Box 2, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoka Wambugu, who died at Kamunyange, on 7th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2023 By Jucina Wambura Muciri, of P.O. Box 48, Wachoro in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Muchiri Muriuki, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 2nd August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
