TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 8 OF 2024 By Omar Mramba Kadzomba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadzomba Mramba Mweni, who died at Kibarani, on 22nd August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) Samini Katana Deri, (2) Robert Katana Deri and (3) Michael Katana, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Deri Kiringi, who died at Msanda, on 5th February, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
