TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th March, 2024 CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Tom Wafutu Lukhumbale and (2) Edward Wafula Peter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukhumbale Mukhwana, who died at Kimilili Sub-location, on 13th December, 1977. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Henry Bonface Kirong, (2) David Kisoi Ndizma and (3) Simon Ndiema Mwecher, of P.O. Box 7, Kapsokwony in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndiema Mwecher, who died at Chemoge Sub-location, on 28th April, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
