Box 69–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndetemi Mulwa Mwithui alias Ndetemi Mulwa, who died at Tulimani, on 24th April, 1985. Box 12–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musyoki Musyimi, who died at Kakuswi Sub- location, on 24th December, 1984. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2024 By Fredrick Kisilu Mutiso, of P.O. Box 84–90133, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutiso Nguli Kyende, who died at Ndituni Sub-location, on 24th December, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
