TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By (1) David Matheah Mungai and (2) David Mathia Mungai, both of P.O. Box 177, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Peter Maina, who died at BishopKioko Hospital in Kenya, on 18th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Emmah Wangari Mbaru and (2) Thomas Mbaru Maina, both of P.O. Box 126–20319, South Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Peter Maina, who died at Ndothua, Githabai Sub-location, on 10th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
