E27 OF 2024 By (1) Sidi Maitha Baya and (2) Elvis Kahindi Maitha, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maitha Baya Thoya, who died at Chumba cha Tsuwi, on 20th June, 2008. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2024 By Festus Kahindi Charo, of P.O. Box 1863-80108, Kilifi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Kirimani Mwandzije, who died at Msabaha, Kilifi, on 30th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. 30 OF 2024 By Tsuma Tuji Tsuma, of P.O. Box 122–80114, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkangi Katama Dzombo alias Gatu Katama, who died on 20th November, 1988.
