TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Hadah Minage Mutiva, of P.O. Box 196–30300, Kapsabet, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Mutiva Agola, who died on 12th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Janet Buses, of P.O. Box 661, Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony arap Chumo, who died at K.C.R.H., on 16th September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Pius Kipchumba Too, of P.O. Box Private Bag, Kapsabet, the deceased’s garndson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malakwen arap Sang, who died on 11th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
