TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 31 OF 1999 By Zaphenia Onono Agida, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agwambo Nondi alias Agwambo Mondi, who died on 7th October, 1990. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2024 By Stephen Onyango Okello, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Warianga Rading, who died at Asayi, on 4th May, 1971. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
