TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E381 OF 2023 By Mariam Juma, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchild, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatuma Ndundu Kitavi, who died at Majengo, on 9th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Nicholas Mulwa Kiema, of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiema Kavila, who died at Mosa, on 17th May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
