TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E299 OF 2023 By Julius Mwenye Kimanzi, of P.O. Box 30, Kabati in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiminzi Mavindia alias Kimanzi Mavindya, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th January, 2011. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By Pascalia Ndunge Munyoki, of P.O. Box 1–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Munini E. M. Kitheka, who died on 18th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
