TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E148 OF 2023 By Alice Ndunge Musau, the deceased’s widow, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Musau Kithome, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2023 By David Ndaundi Matheka, of P.O. Box 10–90104, Mitaboni in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Matheka Mbindya, who died at Mitaboni, on 8th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
