TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E229 OF 2023 By Sara Muthanje Enock, of P.O. Box 81, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enoku Mbogo Njeru, who died at Mbuvori Sub-location, on 12th October, 2005. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Sacinda Muthoni Njiru, of P.O. Box 492, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Njiru Njeru alias Njiru Njeri, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 2000. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wambugi Wilson and (2) Mercy Karimi Njagi, both of P.O. Box 32, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njagi Muchiri, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 9th Octrober, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
