E374 OF 2023 By Carolyne Nasimiyu Mang’oli, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Kizitoo Wafula Mang’oli alias Maurice Kizito Wafula Mang’oli, who died on 13th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By John Wanyonyi Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Wafula Wanyama alias Jotham Wafula, who died at Bwake, on 22nd June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2024 By (1) Justas Ouma Saba and (2) Gabriel Wakhungu Saba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saba Towani Ekesa alias Saba Towani, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 26th June, 1978.
