TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E560 OF 2023 By Charles Odhiambo Hongo, of P.O. Box 14, Paw Akuche in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dickson Hongo Oulu, who died on 18th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E610 OF 2023 By James Otiende Olewe, of P.O. Box 125, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Olewe Obinju, who died at South Ratta, on 15th October, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
