TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2023 By Rebecca Nyakara Makori, of P.O. Box 8802–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, through Messrs. Gikenye Mugo & Rienye, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezra Onuko Orenga, late of Ritembu, who died at DPMH, on 21st March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E368 OF 2023 By (1) Mildred Lovega Amukuzi and (2) Shirley Kisia Amukuzi, both of P.O. Box 17054–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, through Messrs. V. M. Karnau, advocate of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Njoroge Mwangi, late of Tumaini, who died at Metropolitan Hospital in Kenya, on 28th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
