TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E291 OF 2023 By Hassan Muraya Mwanini, of P.O. Box 11911–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. S. M. Gioche & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adija Nyambura, late of Dandora, who died at Mbagathi County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 26th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
