TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Jane Millicent Nagillah and (2) Crispin Beda Nagilla, both of P.O. Box 25237–00603, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate with will annexed to the estate of Barack Wellington Odhiambo, who died at Kitchener, Canada, on 22nd July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
