Box 45562–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Anthony Eshutchi, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 25th September, 2021. E48 OF 2023 By Whitney Clark, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanohi Mwangi Mucine, who died at Bandari, Mombasa, on 26th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By Rahima Karim Meghji, of P.O. Box 56111–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Alkarim Abdulrasul Hirji, who died at Aga Khan University, on 7th February, 2023.
