NOTICE is given to the public that pursuant to the provisions of section 47 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the county intends to commence preparation of the below- listed Local Physical and Land Use Development Plans: Sendeni; Kizingitini; Sadani; Witu; Mwadhi; Mkunumbi New Town; Comments on the proposed plans may be directed to in writing to the County Executive Committee Member, within twenty-one (21) days from date of publication of this notice.
